REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
At our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit for unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Faulty Products
If your vacuum cleaner, part, or accessory is faulty, please speak to our team. We will assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or refund where required under law.
